THE SPACE
Filled with works of art made with love from many local artists, this is a great funky space to chill with family or friends, or stay for business. Acid stained concrete floors, 3 fireplaces, and amazing views of the second floor deck.
This is a riverfront historic town with an active train that runs 24/7. Noise machines are provided in each of the bedrooms, but you will hear the train from the house.

THE LOCATION
The Poppy House on Mulberry is located in a historic riverfront town just off the Susquehanna River. With active railroad tracks, you can hear the present but imagine the sound of trains of the past echoing though the river valley.
INSIDE
This stunning home was newly remodeled throughout in 2023. The space is filled with local artwork, acid stained concrete floors, 3 fireplaces and much more.
In the kitchen there's all new appliances and cabinetry. The large community table is perfect for enjoying meals or games with family and friends.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Includes on-suite primary bathroom and walk-in closet space.
The two full bathrooms have been stocked with everything you need including shampoo, body soap and more. There are also two half baths, one doubling as the laundry room with stacking washer and dryer.
The other three bedrooms have queen size beds in two and two single beds in the third. Plenty of space to accommodate the whole family.
The Downstairs area offers a great place to hang out. With fireplace, large TV monitor with streaming services and even a classic video game machine, it's sure to be the favorite area of the house.
OUTDOORS
The back deck offers table with seating for outdoor dining. Out in the yard there's a wood burning fire pit, perfect for making and enjoying s'mores on cool evenings.

Loved the house - it was clean and well-appointed, with a fantastic open great room. If anything it was out of place as a modern house in an otherwise sleepy town. The house was as described, and had great amenities. With a goal of getting away from the city to a quiet area, but still maintaining high-level accommodations, this place satisfied that desire wonderfully.
